Our Services

Parkersburg Utility Board operates water treatment facilities that draw source water from the local groundwater influenced by surface water, treating it to meet or exceed all Safe Drinking Water Act standards before distributing it to surrounding areas.

PUB's wastewater division collects sewage from residential, commercial, and industrial customers through our sewer collection network and pumping stations, then treats it at our regional wastewater treatment plant before discharging clean effluent to the Ohio River under a state NPDES permit.

PUB’s consultation and design team provides practical, proactive support for utility projects of all sizes. From service sizing and material specifications to line locations, grades, pressures, flows, and backflow requirements, the team helps developers, contractors, and property owners create realistic design plans.
