At PUB, our utility systems serve greater Parkersburg with 32,000+/- residents, and will continue to serve the future needs of our community. We strive to provide excellent service, mindful that PUB provides essential services and customer service is of the highest priority. The Board employs 82 personnel on staff to maintain the distribution and collection systems in addition to the treatment facilities. Our personnel work to make necessary improvements and increase the level of service and capacity provided our customers. Together, we work to make the day to day lives of our customers a little better.
